Whitianga is a functional if not
especially glamorous Coromandel town. Surprising then to find
such a top quality restaurant here. It's probably got the prime
location in the thick of the action of the modest marina and it serves
an imaginative and truly memorable menu. Sitting outside under
the elderflower tree, sipping fine wines and tasting some serious
cooking, we were transported to a land of luxury. The website
doesn't really do the place justice, it really is outstanding, unusual
and excellent. Book well in advance.
