tazA Dublin institution and a good choice for a first lunch stop.  Duck down Crown Alley and escape the crowds for a second, pop into badass for family fun time.  Generations of Dubliners must've grown up eating here, then later, working here and it's got that self-assured air which says they know what they're doing.  The menu's certainly not fancy but it does have plenty to keep you well fed and happy.  The Pizzas are good and fresh, the burgers are big and the chips are plentiful.  What more do you want, oh yes, they're licensed too so you can have a stout with your lunch if you want (although it's the other one !).  The friendly all inclusive atmosphere is made quirky and memorable by the ingenious chain and bucket system which sends the bills and change flying overhead.  Go and check it out and you'll see what I mean.
